1.1 Age & Legal Capacity

To register as a member on vm99 and use any game or service, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is operated for users aged 21+ only. If any minor opens an account using false information, that account will be immediately closed and all funds held in that account will be forfeited.

1.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in suspension or closure of all associated accounts, and any bonuses and winnings will be voided.

2. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
3. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
4. The withdrawal process may be delayed if the verification process is not complete.

3.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that the funds you deposit are obtained from a legitimate source. Using vm99 for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited, and such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus Detailed Terms

The welcome bonus applies only once at the time of the first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳14,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳24,000

Wagering example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

1. The account must be fully verified to receive a bonus.
2. Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
3. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
4. vm99 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus offer at any time.
5. Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.

5.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits

vm99's VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through active gaming and regular participation:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Cashback is added to the member's account at the end of each week. vm99 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

5.2 Terms for Using VIP Benefits

VIP cashback and associated benefits apply only to active and verified account holders. Cashback earned through VIP tiers is also considered a bonus and relevant wagering terms may apply.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vm99 platform:

1. Gaming using any kind of software, bots, scripts, or automation tools.
2. Sharing or selling account credentials to third parties.
3. Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
4. Collaborative betting or improper coordination with other members to collect bonuses.
5. Placing opposing bets on the same outcome for the purpose of claiming bonuses (arbitrage).
6. Any attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

7.1 Finality of Game Results

All games on vm99 use RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer technology. The result of each game is final. If a round is not completed due to a technical error, that bet will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, keep the following in mind:
